Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Courses must not have been fully accessed—less than 20% of course content viewed.
How to Request
Email refunds@robustdigital.expert with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll confirm receipt within two working days.
Refund Processing & Fees
- Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations within 14 days of purchase—and before course access is granted—receive a 100% refund.
- Refund requests after this period or once the course has commenced will incur an admin fee equal to 5% of the course fee, plus any non-reversible costs incurred.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Third-Party Purchases:
- If you purchased through a third-party platform, their refund policy will apply in addition to ours.
Exceptions
Custom programmes, one-to-one coaching, or group workshops are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
